WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY

At iTyres, we aim to provide products and services of exceptional value. We work hard to ensure our products deliver the features and performance you need, and we carefully test them to meet our high standards.
Warranties and Coverage: Due to our wide range of products and services, we offer different warranties depending on the product. Generally, all products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.
On-Road Legality: When changing the wheels and tyres on your vehicle, it may impact its legality on the road. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to contact the relevant road and traffic authorities before proceeding with modifications to ensure they are permitted. iTyres is not liable for any legal issues that may arise from the purchase and installation of wheels and/or tyres.
Cancellations and Returns:

We do not accept returns after 14 days from the invoice date.

Cancellations incur a 15% restocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable once products have been shipped. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Special order products cannot be returned.
Guarantee on Fitment: If products are delivered and do not fit your vehicle, we will cover all transport and replacement fees, unless the vehicle has aftermarket modifications (e.g., upgraded brakes, lowered suspension, etc.). Please inform our staff of any vehicle modifications at the time of ordering to confirm fitment.
iTyres is not responsible for tyres scrubbing against guards; if issues arise, we recommend rolling the guards.
Any fitment issues must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty on Tyres: We guarantee the quality of all tyres we supply and install. If a manufacturer's defect is discovered after purchase, we will replace the tyre free of charge.
If the tyre tread has worn more than 20%, we will replace the tyre on a pro-rata basis (e.g., if a tyre is 40% worn, we will cover 60% of the cost of a replacement tyre, and you will pay 40%).
Any tyre issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling both ways on all warranty claims.
Warranty on Wheels: All wheels sold by iTyres are covered by a lifetime structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on the finish. Some manufacturers offer extended finish warranties up to 3 years.
All warranties apply only to the original purchaser and begin from the original purchase date.

Terms and Conditions of Guarantees: iTyres will repair or replace any product or service that becomes defective during the applicable warranty period. We cover reasonable costs associated with approved warranty claims.
Please note:

Fitting, balancing, disposal, and freight charges are generally not covered by iTyres.

In exceptional cases, we may cover fitting and balancing only if:

The service was purchased through iTyres, and

It is clearly itemised on your invoice.

This is not standard policy and is assessed case by case.
This warranty will not apply if the defect is due to alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the product's standard service life.
Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
Care Instructions for Wheels: All our wheels are high-lustre chrome-dipped. To maintain the warranty, follow these guidelines:

Brake dust can be caustic and cause damage to the finish.

Do not use acidic cleaners or polishes at car washes, as this will strip the clear protective coating, voiding the warranty.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling both ways on all warranty claims.
Off-Road and Competition Use: Some wheel and tyre combinations are intended for off-road competition use only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to research and adhere to local rules and regulations concerning vehicle fitment. Regulations vary across Australia, and iTyres is not responsible for the legal implications of aftermarket modifications.
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for incorrect purchases.
iTyres will not be liable for lost, unclaimed, or stolen deliveries. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or cancel orders if goods or services are unavailable.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Customers may be liable for processing fees upon cancellation. If the stock has been outsourced, the customer may only be eligible for a credit.
Stock Availability: Stock Availability may change, and we will confirm stock levels before processing your payment. Please allow up to 2 business days for stock confirmation before processing your payment.
Please note: The listed price does not include fitting, balancing, or tyre disposal. Additionally, iTyres is not responsible for obtaining any judicial, statutory, government, utility fees, expenses, orders, approvals, permits, or licenses required by you.
